100 % Moscato Bianco. The juice obtained from the pressing of the grapes is maintained at low temperatures until the time of refermentation in pressurized tanks. On reaching a level 5.5° alcohol, fermentation is halted and the wine is bottled with all of its natural vivacity. Grapes are from diff erent vineyards in the area of Strevi which are especially suited to aromatic varieties thanks to the soil composition of white clay, marl and limestone and the cooler hillsides, 300/320 masl, with good day and night temperature swings for the development of aromas.
